The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a
* Flood Watch for central Maryland... the District of Columbia... portions of Virginia and northeast West Virginia.
* From 7 PM EST this evening through Thursday morning
* low pressure entering west Tennessee will be tracking northeast tonight. Periods of heavy rainfall are expected in the mid Atlantic states east of I-81... especially between 8 PM and 3 am. Rainfall of between 2 and 2.5 inches in 3 hours will be enough to cause flooding.
