The heavy rain has finally ended, but the damage has been done.
FLOODING ON THE FDR, BELT, GRAND CENTRAL PKWY, HARLEM RIVER DRIVE SAW MILL, BRONX AND HUTCH. Today is a great day to bring out your duck boat or gas guzzlin 4x4. If you are walking, try stilts.

TEMP 63, RAIN!Heavy rain continues to pound the big apple. The streets like a war zone; broken umbrellas in garbage pails, shoes squeaking and soggy with defeat. Currently the back edge of the rain is located around the NJ/PA border Linkand should be moving clear of our area in the next couple of hours. Keep your fingers crossed

CURRENTLY 62 F, pouring rain. Wind S. at 6 with gusts to 14.FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR THE ENTIRE TRI-STATE AREA. CRAZY HAIR ALERT IS IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT.Expect the gloomy conditions to continue for today with varying intensities of rain, hair-gone-wild and toupe removing winds.
